This just happened to me last night so bear with me it still gives me wood. It was about 1 a.m. and my wife had been awake with a toothache all night. I got out of bed to find her crying on the couch, I told her that I would go get her some oraljel or something and threw on some loose fitting shorts and a T-shirt and headed off. It took me about five minutes to get to the pharmacy and in my sleepy state I failed to notice the raging hardon I had growing in my shorts.

I went into the place and wandered around when this cute girl asked if she could help. She looked down as she spoke and it was then that I realized that she was staring right at my length.

I said that I needed to unload a little bit and relax. She said smiling "well we have what you need but it is in back." With that I followed her into the store room.

Once inside she fell to her knees and gave me one hell of a play job.

I came in her mouth and on her face within minutes, she pulled up my shorts gave me a kiss and went back to work. I finally found the painkiller for my wife, paid her and as I walked out she said come again soon.
